Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of the products and for health reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
DAMAGED ITEM - If an item you purchased arrives damaged, send me a photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours of delivery. Upon receipt of proof of damage, we can work together to come to a resolution. Replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds will not be sent without picture proof and is done on a case by case basis.
**Melted shea is not considered damage. Due to the low melting point of shea, during warmer months or shipping to warmer climates, SHEA WILL MELT!! Just pop the jar in the refrigerator and the oils will solidify again. The shea wont have the whipped texture, but will still perform the same functions.**
Additional Policies - Some discrepancies in the shading of colors and/ or fragrance does occur in small batch soap/ bath product making and should be expected.
